Summit (4095m) of Mount Kinabalu in Borneo - Malaysia

When I was a little child, my mum used to bring me under a tree when I was crying. There I could spend hours observing the leaves waving and flickering in the wind.

These moments I am still enjoying the most when I am out in Nature.
Exploring the colours of the world with my own eyes, observing little details, atmospheres, movements, jumping into the unknown and connecting with living beeings of all kinds became my current path.

Until now it has been shaped by the search for combining Art with my interest in “how the world works”.

From Early on I was thriving most when I was able to work with my hands, with colours with different materials… to create and shape.
But through different circumstances and out fear of being an artist, I ended up studying law until I realised that this is not bringing me where I want to be.

So I went on a journey which I was always dreaming of.
I traveled the world for 3 years and developed my passion for Photography while exploring different cultures, landscapes, wildlife.
From the top of Mount Kinabalu (Picture to the right) through the Ecuadorian amazon rainforest, to the pristine beaches and deserts of Australia and South East Asia, I ended up living in Egypt now.

Here I found a place where I can see myself connecting my interests for Art and for “how the world works”. This place is called SEKEM.
SEKEM is an initiative which is founded by Ibrahim Abouleish in 1977 in the Egyptian desert. Throughout all entities, SEKEM is trying to enable human potential unfolding in all four dimensions of sustainable development (Ecology, Economy, Culture, Society).

Who knows where my path will lead me and who I will encounter along the way…… I can not wait to find out.
